The Corn Hill Arts Festival Returns in 2022 with Support of ESL Federal Credit Union
The Corn Hill Neighbors Association, a volunteer organization based out of the Historic Corn Hill Neighborhood, announces the return of the Corn Hill Arts Festival, presented by ESL Federal Credit Union. Visitors to the festival can experience arts, music, food, fairy houses, and more on July 9th, and 10th, 2022.
“The festival has deep roots in the community, and we are thrilled to announce its return,” said the 2022 Festival Chairperson, Bill Belecz. “Our neighbors and volunteers are excited, and ready to once again put on one of Rochester’s favorite summer events. Visitors can expect original art, music, food, fun and a few new elements which we are excited to announce in the near future.”
The festival has a 50 year plus history, and is known for featuring over 300 artists and a variety of unique handcrafted creations across nine historic streets. In addition to the large selection of art, the festival includes 4 music stages, food trucks, beer and wine gardens, and family-fun activities.
“We are thrilled to once again celebrate the Corn Hill Arts Festival in this beautiful and historic neighborhood,” said Faheem Masood, president and CEO, ESL Federal Credit Union. “Greater Rochester’s festivals are some of our community’s most celebrated events, with the Corn Hill Arts Festival being one of the premier events of the summer. We are beyond excited to once again celebrate with the community and walk the streets to take in the sites and sounds that fill Rochester’s oldest residential neighborhood.”
With the support of sponsors like ESL, profits generated by the festival are able to be put back into the neighborhood and surrounding community. From scholarships to building upkeep, the festival creates opportunities for community members, and helps to protect and promote the historical character and beauty of the Corn Hill Neighborhood.
