Corn Hill Arts Festival and MVP Health Care Invite Emerging Artists to Showcase Their Talent
May 20, 2024, Rochester, NY - The Corn Hill Neighborhood Association is thrilled to announce the continued partnership with MVP Health Care as the proud sponsor of the 14th Annual Emerging Artists Expo. The expo will be a major highlight of the 56th Annual Corn Hill Arts Festival, presented by ESL Federal Credit Union, taking place on July 13th and July 14th.

New this year: Corn Hill Arts Festival’s Emerging Artists Expo is open to emerging artists of all ages! There are now two categories within the Emerging Artists Expo; Young Emerging Artists (ages 15-23) and Emerging Artists (24+). The newly added 24+ category will give those new to the art scene a chance to display their works, regardless of age. The selected participants will receive a 10’x10’ booth space complete with a tent, along with extensive publicity, exposure, and access to a central payment station.

A panel of festival committee judges will evaluate participants' artworks and award prizes based on creativity, execution, and overall booth presentation. Participating artists will also gain invaluable feedback and experience to enhance their portfolios. The Emerging Artists Expo is more than just an event; it’s a stepping stone to a future in the arts.
To apply, interested artists must complete an application and pay a small application fee online by June 7; accepted applicants will be notified by June 14. The 2024 Emerging Artists Expo will be located on Eagle Street, and visitors to the festival are encouraged to stop in, converse with, and purchase one-of-a-kind work from the artists.
